They are ideal for your light to medium period flow and great as a backup for a menstrual cup.

Directions:

Wash before wear. Rinse with cold water prior to washing. Cold delicate machine wash with like colours. Do not add softener. Do not soak. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not Iron. Do not dry clean. Line dry.

It is washable, reusable & easy to care for.

Rinse your Luna briefs and reusable pads with cold water as soon as you can after removal until the water starts to run clear.

Pop them in a Luna washbag with the rest of your washing and wash with like colours on a cold water cycle (max 30 degrees).
